1. What should I keep with me on my moving day?
Keep with you anything you or your family will use on the day of your move with you. Common items include snacks, toilet paper, paper towel, phone chargers, a change of clothes, toothbrush/toothpaste, and your kids’ favorite toys. Additionally, medications, important paperwork (e.g., birth certificates and social security cards), and anything highly valuable or sentimental (jewelry, credit cards, bank account information, etc.) should be set aside. On your moving day, place these essential items in a box or bag that you’ll carry with you to your new home.
2. How do I pick the right moving company?
Create a list of local moving companies you plan to research.
Get a quote from each mover. Make sure to get moving quotes directly from a company’s official website or phone number. Working with movers directly cuts out any middlemen and will result in the lowest price.

We try to make our pricing structure as fair as possible, given that we understand that not every move is the same as others. Thus, some of the factors we take into account when pricing your move are:
Square-feet worth of items occupying our trucks.
How easy is for our team to pick up your belongings.
How far are you relocating.
What additional services do you require from us (e.g. White Glove Packing, Storage, etc).
4. How and when should I pay?
Usually you pay a percentage to book your move and the remaining balance when your move is delivered on your moving day. But if there are changes to this method, your moving agent can help with that.
5. Can my possessions be stored temporarily?
Yes, sometimes we are flexible with storing our customers items for a small amount of time, but some other times we need to charge for this service.
